Passkeys (also called WebAuthn credentials) allow you to securely sign in using Windows Hello, Face ID, Touch ID, Android, iPhone, or a supported hardware security key. Passkeys can be added or removed through the CarDorLabs Authentication Portal.
You can add, rename, or remove passkeys at any time through the CarDorLabs Authentication Portal (Authelia).
You'll need:
From this page you can manage all passkeys associated with your account.
Select ADD PASSKEY.
Enter a descriptive name for the passkey.
Examples:
Follow the prompts provided by your browser or operating system.
Complete the Windows Hello, Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, or security key verification when prompted.
Once complete, the new passkey will appear in your list of registered passkeys.
If the name of a passkey is no longer descriptive:
Using descriptive names makes it easier to identify your devices if one is lost or replaced.
If you replace, lose, or no longer use a device:
After removal, that device will no longer be able to authenticate using the deleted passkey.
Register more than one passkey whenever possible.
Give each passkey a descriptive name.
Remove passkeys from devices you no longer own or use.
Continue to keep your password secure, even if you primarily use passkeys.
