IMPORTANT: Resetting 2FA removes your existing One-Time Password configuration and creates a new one. After completing this process, codes from your previous Google Authenticator entry will no longer work.
Make sure you have:
Open the CarDorLabs authentication portal:
auth.cardorlabs.com
Sign in using your CarDorLabs username and password.
Example:
Username: u000000
Password: Your CarDorLabs password
Click Manage devices
Click the Trash can/Delete icon.
Check your email for a one-time verification code.
The email should be from:
CarDorLabs Auth
cardorlabs@gmail.com
Enter the code from the email in the Identity Verification field.
Note: This email code is only used to verify your identity while setting up 2FA. It is different from the codes that Google Authenticator will generate.
Click VERIFY.
Click REMOVE
Open Google Authenticator on your phone and delete the old CarDorLabs entry.
Click ADD
A QR code will appear on the authentication portal.
On your phone:
A new CarDorLabs entry should now appear in Google Authenticator and display a six-digit code that changes periodically.
Important: Do not delete this entry from Google Authenticator. You will need it when signing in to services protected by CarDorLabs 2FA.
Back on the CarDorLabs authentication portal:
Your CarDorLabs 2FA is now reconfigured.
When a CarDorLabs service asks for a One-Time Password, open Google Authenticator and enter the current six-digit code shown for your CarDorLabs account.
